Situational returns will be considered under the following conditions:
Product 'available to ship by end of next business day' at time of order may be considered for return with prior approval with the greater of $50 or 20% processing fee for product only, not including shipping or fees. All other product returns will be considered with prior agreement on a situational basis with the greater of $50 or a minimum of 20% (situationally higher) processing fee for product only, not including shipping or fees and likely not at all if special ordered product with little or no resale value.
